A motorbike was intercepted by the police last night, around half past midnight, rue du Renard in Rouen. The attention of the crew of the departmental intervention company (CDI) was drawn to the pilot who was not wearing a helmet and was stopped in the middle of the taxiways.
During the usual checks, the police noted that the man, an 18-year-old from Rouen, was in unusual clothing during this winter period: he was in socks and shorts!
He also presented superficial wounds on a knee and an arm.
