“In the Mozhaisk city district, a video camera of the Safe Region system recorded how three teenagers set fire to the Victory Monument on Vatutin Street,” the message says.

It is indicated that the local department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is conducting an inspection. The identity of the guys is being established.

“After the adolescents are identified, the results of the check will be sent to the Commission on Minors and the Protection of Their Rights for taking preventive measures. Administrative proceedings will be initiated against the parents,” the Russian security officials said.
