In Niort, registrations in leisure centers begin this Monday, June 15

In this post-coronavirus period, the city ​​of Niort adapts its reception for children from two to eleven years old this summer. An additional center will be opened to meet as many demands as possible over the first five weeks of vacation.

One more center open this summer

There will therefore be four leisure centers: in Chantemerle, at the Edmond Proust school, at the Louis Pasteur school, at the Agrippa school in Aubigné.

Registrations start this Monday June 15th. They are done weekly. Registration by mail and by appointment is recommended:

There will be more supervisors in order to enforce distancing by children. One for six in kindergarten, one for nine in elementary. There will be one outing per week and per child in the open air, near the center or in the city.

Niort town hall specifies “that in support of the associative sector, the budget devoted to external contributors is doubled. Four associations per week and per center will run sports, cultural, environmental and well-being workshops”.
