The Latvian stage was not included in this year’s calendar either, but the 2020 season was completely canceled.

The nearest stage to Latvia next year is planned for July 4 in Estonia, on the “Lange Motokeskus” track, which is located near Tartu.

The start of the season is scheduled for May 16 on the “Bucha” track on the outskirts of Kiev, and a week later the motorcyclists will meet on the Bruce track in France. Next month, on the 13th and 20th of the month, stages are planned in Kramolin, Czech Republic, and Markello, the Netherlands, and a week after the Estonian stage, competitions are planned on the Ifendika track in France.

The stages are then scheduled for 1, 22 and 29 August in Strasbourg (Germany), Jinina (Czech Republic) and Rogenburg (Switzerland) respectively. The final three races of the season are scheduled for September 5, 19 and 26 in Orehov, Vasa (Slovenia), Oss (Netherlands) and Rudersberg (Germany), respectively.

Since 2015, the “Pīlādži” motorcycle track in Stelpe parish has taken over the stage in Latvia. In the same year, a stage took place in Ķegums in Latvia.

In Latvia, the stages of the World Championship have been held since 1996 and previously they were hosted for a long time by the tracks in Ķegums and Cēsis.
