The fire occurred in the annex to the supermarket building – it took rescuers half an hour to put out the fire.
In Kiev, a supermarket was burning on Koltsov Boulevard in the Svyatoshinsky District. About it informs State Emergency Service of the capital on Thursday, July 1.
The fire was reported to rescuers at about 19:30. The firefighters who arrived at the scene evacuated visitors and store employees.
Rescuers discovered a burning supermarket extension. There was a threat of fire spreading to the entire store building. The fire was localized at 19:38 on an area of 20 square meters, and at 20:07 it was completely extinguished.
Three units of basic and special fire-fighting and rescue equipment, as well as 15 personnel, were involved on the spot.
Recall that earlier in Kryvyi Rih there was fire on the territory of the enterprise… Electric power distribution cabinets caught fire on a total area of 50 sq.m. The fire was liquidated, no one was killed or injured.
It was also reported that in the Zhytomyr region a residential building burned down after a lightning strike… Lightning struck the owner’s building and tree, and later spread to a residential building. The owners were not at home at that moment.
