Coronavirus incidence rates and deaths peaked in six months.

In Kiev, over the past day, the maximum number of infections and deaths from coronavirus in six months was revealed – 1,416 and 54, respectively. It is reported in Facebook mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko on Wednesday, October 27.

In particular, among the victims: 23 women from 52 to 97 years old, 30 men from 44 to 93 years old and 1 boy aged 1 year.

Among the new patients 179 children: 95 girls from 4 days to 17 years old and 84 boys from 2 months to 17 years old.

Also in the capital, the level of hospitalizations is growing – 150 patients and 413 with suspected coronavirus and pneumonia.

In total, during the pandemic in Kiev, 254 337 cases of coronavirus were recorded, 5 991 people died, 227 334 recovered (573 over the past day).

Note that scientists of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine declare inconsistencies in statistics with coronavirus in Kiev… According to them, in the capital, the number of positive PCR tests exceeds the number of new cases of COVID-19 indicated in the statistics.
