The fertilizer truck driver lost control of the vehicle, causing the car to slide into a ditch and overturn.
Not far from the city of Kamenets-Podolsky in the Khmelnytsky region, as a result of an accident, a truck carrying manure overturned. Fertilizer fell asleep on the man and his dog, they did not survive. This is stated in the TSN plot on Monday, January 10.
A 50-year-old man reportedly was walking his dog along the road. At this moment, the driver of a truck with manure passing through it lost control, as a result of which the car moved into a ditch and turned over.
The deceased managed to jump aside to avoid being hit by a truck, however, both him and the animal were covered with tons of manure. They both suffocated.
The body of the deceased was dug up by rescuers. It is indicated that he had previously fought in the east of Ukraine.
The circumstances of the tragedy are being established. 69-year-old truck driver faces up to eight years in prison.
Earlier in the Ternopil region, the driver of the tanker lost control and allowed the car to roll over into the ditch, resulting in a fuel leak. There were no casualties.
Prior to that, in the Nikolaev region at a railway crossing tank truck overturned DAF with a load of sunflower oil that started to flow out of the car. Also, no one was hurt.
