The cashback obtained for each semester cannot in any case exceed € 150. It will be paid within 60 days of the end of the semester. Refunds will be paid into the current account indicated at the time of joining the program or at a later time. Given the “high number of payments” and delivery times “not achievable through the ordinary payment procedures provided for by the State accounting system”, a specific bank account will be opened in the name of Consap, a subsidiary of the Treasury, to which the ministry will transfer the amount of reimbursements due, which Consap will provide. For the collection of data and the management of the service, two agreements are envisaged between the Ministry of Economy, on the one hand, and the company Pago Pa and Consap on the other.
