On October 13, a militant of the Russian armed formations, Andrei Kosyak, was detained in Donbas, who is suspected of premeditated murder in Ukraine. He had a Russian passport with him.

It is noted that the terrorists carried out the provocation during the general meeting of the TCG.
“At about 10:45 am, a group of armed men with armbands from the JCCC, under the guise of carrying out demining operations, was reconnoitring the abandoned positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the Ukrainian delegation explained.
The Ukrainian military detained one of the members of the group. It turned out to be a Russian Andrei Valentinovich Kosyak, born in 1978.
Weapons and ammunition were also found with him. At the same time, it turned out that Ukrainian law enforcement agencies suspect the detainee of premeditated murder committed in 2010.
