On Thursday, there were reports that a resident of Solano County had died in the San Francisco Bay Area. Three more civilians have been killed in Napa County, and more than 30 civilians and firefighters have been injured.

It is unclear at this time whether the victim includes an employee of a Pacific gas and electricity company whose body was found in a car between San Francisco and Sacramento on Wednesday.

In central California, a pilot of the fire helicopter was killed on Wednesday.

Wild fires are raging in the north and center of California, leaving some 160,000 people evacuated or about to be evacuated.

Much of the fire was concentrated in the San Francisco area, and the city was covered in fire smoke. Most fires are caused by lightning strikes and are spread by hot weather.

The fires have already devastated 142,000 hectares, including vines. The flames have destroyed more than 100 buildings.
