Friday in Caivano, in the province of Naples, a 22-year-old woman she died due to the collision between two scooters: on the first was the woman, Maria Paola Gaglione, together with her partner; on the second, Gaglione’s brother, Michele, who was following them. The prosecutor of Nola opened an investigation and arrested Michele Gaglione, who is 30, on charges of manslaughter and personal violence.

According to what the newspapers write, in fact, Michele Gaglione would have chased, and perhaps voluntarily rammed, the scooter on which his sister was traveling because it was contrary to his relationship with a transgender man. In the clash he too – the same age as Maria Paola Gaglione – was injured: he has a fractured arm, as well as bruises and bruises.
