As rumored, Mike D’Antoni confirmed that James Harden and Russell Westbrook are not in the bubble with the rest of the team. Likewise Luc Mbah A Moute, signed to replace Thabo Sefolosha, has not yet arrived.

The reasons for their absence are unknown, but it is possible that they are among the Texas players who tested positive for COVID-19.
Remember that upon arrival in the bubble, players must observe two days of quarantine, and the Texans could therefore be deprived of their executives for almost a week. Not good news when the Rockets saw this new training camp as a blessing because it would allow them to work well on small ball, especially defense, and better integrate Robert Covington.
