The police had been called to a parking lot in Kremplstrae around 3:30 p.m. There was the car in which the girl was locked up. The child’s father, a 34-year-old Kosovar from the Steyr Land district, said the child had locked himself up.
It had been in the car for about an hour, and the breakdown service had not yet arrived. A police officer hit the rear window of the vehicle with a hammer.
