Illegal hartal popular front; The High Court took the Kerala case on its own initiative Deshabhimani

Kochi> The hartal called by the Popular Front was illegal and the High Court took a case from its motu. A lawsuit will be filed for contempt of court against those who announced the hartal. The court ordered that immediate action should be taken to stop the violence and destruction of public property. The hartal can only be held after giving 7 days’ notice.

The case will be heard on the 29th. The court ruled that hartal lightning is outrage to the court and safety should be provided for public transport. The hartal is protesting the nationwide forays by the NIA and the ED against popular front offices and homes of leaders and the arrests of several people.
