IHK opens for restricted public traffic

Against the background of the general easing, the Main Franconian Chamber of Commerce opens on Monday, May 18, for restricted public traffic by prior appointment, according to a press release. The IHK relies on a strict hygiene concept that makes visiting the main office in Würzburg and the office in Schweinfurt as low-risk as possible. The concept includes, among other things, a minimum distance of 1.5 meters within closed rooms and a general mask requirement in the IHK building. Dispensers with hand disinfectants are also available at the building entrances.

Appointments are obligatory: Visitors must make an appointment in advance by phone at Tel .: (0931) 41940 or Tel .: (09721) 78480 or by email to [email protected], specifying their contact details. You will then receive an appointment confirmation by e-mail, which you must bring to the appointment in order to register at the reception. This serves to better track a possible infection.

The regular further training measures have also started again since May 11 in the IHK training centers in Würzburg and Schweinfurt. This applies to the preparatory courses for the advanced training exams as well as seminars and certificate courses. The distance and hygiene requirements are also implemented accordingly there.

The regulations apply until further notice, depending on the further infection process and the related measures of the Bavarian State Government. Information: Radu Ferendino, IHK, Tel .: (0931) 4194319, email: [email protected], Internet: www.wuerzburg.ihk.de
