This Thursday morning, Emmanuel, a resident of Faulx-les-Tombes, was driving his son to his special school, located in Ohey. On the rather rural route d’Andenne, between Faulx and Strud, the father stops to give priority to a vehicle coming from the right, rue de Labas.
