Have you ever thought about it, in the Motor Vehicle Owner’s Book (BPKB) there is a page that looks like a sticker, what is its function, can it be torn or peeled?
BPKB is a book issued by the Police Traffic Unit as proof of ownership of a motorized vehicle.
Content of Motorcycle BPKB are customs declarations, police registrations, notes on changes in motorized vehicle owners, records of traffic police officials, notes on payment of taxes and identification of motorized vehicles.
Simultaneously with BPKB registration, a Motorized Vehicle Number Certificate and a Motorized Vehicle Number Certificate (STNK) are also issued.

Responding to this, the Head of Binyan Sub-Directorate of BPKB Directorate of National Police Korlantas, AKBP Rully Thomas, SH, SIK, MIK also gave an explanation.
“It’s for safety purposes, so it’s a plastic sticker with certain codes and images to cover the BPKB page which contains the technical specifications of motorized vehicles,” said AKBP Rully to GridOto.com, Tuesday (22/3/2022).
