The King of Pop, Michael Jackson (1958-2009), had no normal childhood as a child star. He wanted to protect his own children from this fate, as his daughter Paris Jackson reports in the third episode of her documentary series “Unfiltered: Paris Jackson & Gabriel Glenn”.
In it, the 22-year-old says that her famous father was in the studio as a child, looked wistfully through the window and saw the other children in the playground. “He didn’t want that for us, so we wore masks,” Paris Jackson explains. She had no problem with that.
“I appreciated that,” says Michael Jackson’s daughter. So they could have gone to a restaurant together or done something similar. “We were normal,” she explains.
