How and will you celebrate the national day of Latvia?
Yes, I always celebrate Latvian national holidays. Together with my family, I go to festive concerts and participate in commemorative events dedicated to the country’s birthday.
On this holiday I feel enthusiasm and respect for the past and for the people who gave their lives so that I could fulfill myself and do what I like in a free country called Latvia.
I am glad that more and more people are showing respect for the symbols of Latvia, including the flag, by proudly wearing it on their clothes.
What, in your opinion, would be stupid and should be eradicated in the Latvian musical environment – in the industry or in a specific genre?
In my opinion, it is important to keep your eyes and ears open to the development of new and existing values. Now that the music scene has taken a new turn, it’s important to support and listen, to encourage.
Is it easy to be a musician in Latvia?
The main thing for me is the great love for music and what I do. I am grateful to be surrounded by amazing people – musicians, with big hearts, who can inspire and give advice.
