The businessman, founder of the Tesla automotive group, the aeronautical company SpaceX and Paypal, said in a tweet that the agreement had been given to the Boring Company, a company specializing in tunneling, that he also created. “Just received verbal government approval for the Boring Company to build an underground NY-Phil-Balt-DC Hyperloop. NY-DC in 29 minutes,” the billionaire tweeted on his Twitter account, using the abbreviations for New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, the federal capital.
