The police have received hundreds of tips since the late afternoon in the investigation into the death of 14-year-old Tamar from Marken. “We will of course work with it, there only needs to be a golden tip,” says a spokesman for the police. NH News.
In a video police announced that they were looking for the drivers of a gray Mazda 3. The images show two people driving into a parking lot in Marken at 3:09 am. More than two hours later, around 5.30 am, they get out of the car to look at the front of the car. Then they get back in and drive on.
The girl was found dead on the roadside along the dike between Monnickendam and Marken on 25 July in the early morning. Brake marks on the road and injuries on her body indicate that she most likely died in a collision.
