A dangerous find was found on the outskirts of the private sector of Berdyansk. The search for ammunition has not been completed.
In the city of Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, a large amount of ammunition from the Second World War was found. About it informs GSChS in the morning report on Sunday 13 June.
“In Berdyansk, on the outskirts of the private sector, pyrotechnic units discovered and seized 228 explosive items of the Second World War (176 mortar mines 50 mm, 17 artillery shells of 45 mm, three mortar mines 82 mm, two artillery shells with a caliber of 76 mm, one artillery shell with a caliber of 50 mm and other boerpipas – 29) “, – the message says.
Seven people and two pieces of equipment were involved in the work. At the same time, the State Emergency Service was warned that the search for ammunition would still continue on Sunday.
Earlier in the Odessa region defused 1,848 ammunition times of past wars. The arsenal was discovered in the Tatarbunar region.
It was also reported that in the Dnipropetrovsk region found 150 anti-tank mines in the field TMI-42.
