Thousands of people have demonstrated this Sunday in Santiago de Compostela against the “deterioration and dismantling” of public health Galician that has implemented “the Government of Feijóo in eleven years of mandate”.
Civil society, healthcare professionals and all opposition parties of the Galician Parliament (PSdeG, BNG, Grupo Común da Esquerda and En Marea) have taken to the streets “united” in front of “a Xunta that makes deaf ears” to the demands of the “popular clamor”.
For “effective and accessible” healthcare
Accompanied by representatives of SOS Sanidade Pública and different political parties, thousands of Galician and Galician protests to achieve “universal, equitable, effective and accessible” healthcare regardless of whether they reside in a rural or urban area.
Shouts of “Feijóo resignation” or “Verín does not close” have starred in the first steps of this event that begins in the Alameda de Santiago and will end, predictably, in Praza da Quintana.
