Jakarta, Indonesia – Huawei has launched the Watch GT 6 Series in Indonesia, set to be available starting October 9, 2025. the new smartwatch line boasts enhanced features including brighter AMOLED displays, durable materials, and advanced health monitoring capabilities.
The Watch GT 6 and GT 6 pro feature round AMOLED touch screens, sized at 1.32 inches for the 41mm variant and 1.47 inches for the 46mm variant, with screen brightness increased to 3,000 nits - 1.5 times brighter than previous models.The GT 6 Pro distinguishes itself with a scratch-resistant sapphire screen and a titanium clock frame, complemented by a nanocrystal ceramic back for improved skin comfort.According to Huawei representative Edy, this nanocrystal ceramic material is designed to prevent skin irritation often caused by prolonged smartwatch use.
Huawei claims the Watch GT 6 Series offers up to 12 days of battery life with typical use and up to 21 days in mild use, leveraging High-Silicon battery technology that increases energy density by 37%.
The smartwatches are equipped with sensors to track heart rate, SpO2, sleep, stress, heart rate variability, and can recognize 12 user emotions categorized as comfortable, neutral, or uncomfortable. They support over 100 sports modes, including running, cycling, and skiing.The GT 6 Pro offers free diving up to 40 meters and features a golf mode with access to over 17,000 worldwide course maps, now with a 3D view upgrade.
Both models have an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance and a 5 ATM standard, allowing for dives up to 50 meters for 10 minutes. They are compatible with Huawei,Android,and iOS devices.
The watch GT 6 41mm is available in purple and white, while the 46mm version comes in black and green. The GT 6 pro is offered in black, Brown, and Titanium.
Pricing for the Huawei Watch GT 6 Series will be announced at a launch event. Purchases made between October 9th and november 11th during the promotional period will include a Huawei Freebuds 6i and a three-month Huawei Health+ membership (valued at rp 1.3 million).
