The Income campaign 2019 It has started and the Tax Agency has already received millions of declarations. In fact, only during the first three days that the Web Rent service, the body received 1.9 taxpayer declarations from all over the country (except Navarra and the Basque Country, which have their own fiscal policy), a figure 40% higher than that registered in the 2018 Income campaign.

But this ‘online’ service does not convince everyone. A portion of the contributing citizens prefer to file the return by phone or go to one of the Tax Agency offices or from collaborating entities so that a manager can attend them personally, an option that has finally been launched, albeit with delay, in the framework of the coronavirus crisis. The AEAT, which to date had temporarily suspended the face-to-face service because it was subject to the conditions that the health circumstances were marking at all times, has announced that from Monday, June 8, it will complement the personalized service for preparing statements by phone with an office assistance service limited by necessary sanitary restrictions “. Thus, those who are not comfortable doing it through the ‘Renta Web’ service or by telephone with the ‘We Call You’ plan, can now make an appointment and be attended in person.
