Modern equipment and applications on mobile phones available in the market can help monitor health on a regular basis.

Head of Communication and Promotion of the Indonesian Heart Foundation, Mela Sabina said, heart now it is not only experienced by the elderly or the elderly, but also attacks young people. “The high prevalence of heart disease in Indonesia is mostly caused by an unhealthy lifestyle,” he said.

For example, there are smart watches or bracelets with features to measure the frequency and targets of various types of physical activity. “Technology like this can be a reminder when we are living a bad lifestyle,” he said.
