Very few ingredients for an extraordinary result

They are a dish so quick to prepare and so tasty to eat that in just one bite they are able to conquer the demanding palate of a child. To achieve it are then very few ingredients are needed, which are usually found in the pantry or are easily available in a supermarket.

In fact, they are only needed some courgettes, small cheeses, a little flour, a few basil leaves and finally some oil and salt. The result they can produce together is something extraordinary.

Ready in less than 30 minutes

So here’s how to prepare zucchini fritters. First wash the vegetables and then grate them into thin strips. The excess water is then drained into a bowl and then mixed with the flour, the chopped basil and a drop of oil.

The cheese is then added and everything is mixed once again, with the aim of creating a homogeneous mixture, which is then shaped into balls. Once ready, they are placed on the oven paper and they are left to cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees to make them golden and crumbly. Once ready you can decorate them with cheese to make them even more appetizing and finally serve.
