Measured by the number of participants at previous events, the climate protection activists at Fridays For Future (FFF) saw a slow restart after the forced break due to the corona restrictions. About 100 people gathered on Friday for a vigil and rally on the Talavera-Main meadows and demanded “climate justice now”. Representatives of Greenpeace, End of Würzburg site, Würzburg pier and Health For Future Würzburg also took part in the demonstration. On the green meadow, the demonstrators remained largely to themselves, only a few cyclists or walkers came by.
