Kelly Ripa & Mark Consuelos’ Daughter Lola Consuelos attributes Recent Mishaps to Return to New York City
New York City – lola Consuelos, 24, daughter of television personalities Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, jokingly blamed a string of unfortunate events on her recent return visit to her hometown, days before releasing her debut single, “LOLA.” Teh singer, currently based in London, shared her belief that coming back to NYC brought “bad luck” during a recent appearance on her mother’s podcast, Let’s Talk off Camera.
Consuelos,who has lived in London for the past two years following studies abroad at New York University,is in new York to promote her upcoming music release. She noted the timing of the mishaps coincided with her transatlantic trip,playfully suggesting a correlation. This visit comes as Consuelos navigates extending her visa to remain in London for another five years and continues a relationship with boyfriend Cassius Kidston, whom Ripa has publicly praised.
“She’s been living [in London] for the past two years,” Ripa shared on the June 25 episode of her podcast. Lola herself expressed her affection for the city, stating, “I love London… I encourage everyone to do at least, if you can, a year… living in London. I think it’s the best city.” Despite her fondness for London, she affirmed, “New York’s always gonna be my home.”
Consuelos is currently in the final countdown to the release of “LOLA,” encouraging fans to pre-save the song via Instagram on October 12. She wrote,”Six days till ‘LOLA’ comes out ohmygaaawwwwd🤭🤭🤭 if you haven’t already,go pre-save my song please and thank you (link in bio)💋💋💋.”
Ripa also expressed her approval of Consuelos’ boyfriend, Cassius Kidston, stating, “I love him. I love his family.We are very close.” Lola previously revealed Kidston played a role in her decision to relocate to London, saying, “There is someone very special in London.”
