The price per square meter of the new apartments is up to NOK 250.0000.

In the summer of 2022, the new hotel for Petter Stordalen, Sommerro, stand ready in the middle of Frogner in Oslo.

The hotel, which will be a hotel with well over 200 rooms, is a collaboration between Petter Stordalen, the Varner brothers and Aspelin Ramm.

In addition to the hotel, 56 fashionable apartments will also be built. according to Finansavisen the price per square meter of these will start at 109,000 kroner. The most expensive apartment, a penthouse at the top, costs 70 million kroner. The apartment is 277 square meters large.

The two largest apartments both have their own gardens, terraces and balconies. The apartment of 70 million will have a terrace of 56 square meters, a balcony of 41 square meters and a garden of 38 square meters.

– 70 million is a lot of money and typically apartments that take time to work with stakeholders on. Not everyone has the sums to buy a home for. At the same time, there are not many such objects, and there will probably not be more of them in this area, says CEO of Aspelin Ramm, Gunnar Bøym to warn.

The cheapest apartment, which according to Finansavisen is 39 square meters, will cost NOK 5.75 million. All apartments are sold at a fixed price.
