90,000 social rental homes sold in the coming years

Amsterdam – Housing associations say there are no firm agreements to build 250,000 social rental homes by 2030. On Thursday, housing minister Hugo de Jonge presented that number in his ‘national performance agreements’, but they turn out to be buttery soft, according to a tour of De Telegraaf. And despite the housing crisis, 90,000 social rental homes are allowed to be sold.
