Hotfix 1.05 for Cyberpunk 2077 has been released

CD Project RED has released another patch for Cyberpunk 2077. Promised hotfix 1.05 came out at night for Xbox and PlayStation. The PC is due to follow soon.

Developers fixed a lot of bugs and problems in tasks, several in gameplay, they shone a light on the visual, artificial intelligence, performance and stability, as well as specific things for consoles and computers.

Besides Jackie will no longer disappear in The Pickup and The Heist missions. It shouldn’t happen to you anymore, that you will not be able to land a helicopter in the Love like Fire mission. Takemura should always call as part of the Play it Safe mission. In Big in Japan, the same dialog does not start twice. Delamain does not appear upside down at the end of Don’t Lose Your Mind.

Fast travel before meeting Tyger Claws will no longer interrupt the progress of the I Fought the Law mission. Fixed an issue blocking the procedure in Ghost Town. Fixed issue with new calls or messagesif you failed in Happy Together due to a fight.

If you now reject the job offer from Elizabeth Peralez, you already have it will not call too urgently. The scene with Misty and Jackie begins properly after leaving Viktor’s clinic. Wakako dialogs will no longer be blocked after Search and Destroy is completed.

As for gameplay, so artificial intelligence has an improved reaction time for coverage. The number of interventions needed to kill civilians at a distance during combat was also corrected.

The RED Project CD was supposed to fix some UI overlay issues. NPCs are set to appear faster in the quest area during Stadium Love. Added warmer tones to HDR. Damper icons should no longer appear in the inventory without an image.


AMD owners can rejoice. The developers have optimized the use of cores / threads for 4-core and 6-core AMD Ryzen processors. The 8-core, 12-core, and 16-core processors remain unchanged and behave as intended. The change was implemented in cooperation with AMD based on tests on both sides.

When the game was turned off, it was resolved the Steam Overlay issue. The creators removed the file memory_pool_budgets.csv, which was not associated with the final version of the game and had no effect on it – it was the remaining file used during development to estimate memory usage.

After several restarts of the game session, the settings should no longer be reset to the default. Fixed visual issues during the transition between The Heist and Love Like Fire. More patches are promised at the beginning of the year; one for January / January and the other for February. The CD Projekt RED wrote about them on Monday:

Cyberpunk 2077 was released on December 10 this year with Czech subtitles on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S through backward compatibility. Improvements for the next-gen console will be available later.
