Andreas Zeitelberger is a trauma surgeon in a Lower Austrian hospital. What he has to say doesn’t sound very pleasant. The doctor points out that there are problems with the blood supply. “I have already had to postpone planned operations because the necessary blood supplies were needed for an emergency,” he says.
