The story starts at a tipping point: Winnie’s good friend Christopher Robin grows up and has had enough of cute teddy bears. His toys end up in the rubbish bin, Christopher goes out into the wide world. But that goes down the wrong way with Winnie the Pooh and Piglet. They are infuriated that their loyal companion just left them behind. “Time for revenge”, they think.
When Christopher returns home, the duo are waiting for him. No welcome party awaits him there, but rather a terrible carnage. All in all, the two remain close to themselves in the core. For example, they feast on a pot of honey after beheading someone. The beloved childhood characters of many get a different guise in the film. They look like adults in masks.
