Must have a college diploma in medical archiving techniques or a medical archivist diploma from a school recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport or a diploma recognized by the Association québécoise medical archivists or by the College of Medical Archivists of Canada (Association of Medical Archivists of Canada).
Have a good knowledge of the rehabilitation environment in the Montreal region.
Knowing the DSIE, DSQ, Clinibase and Med-Écho is considered an asset
Have knowledge of the Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel environment
Be recognized as a person with an excellent sense of customer service
Ability to take charge of several files simultaneously and bring them to completion
Have a sense of priorities and organization
Possess the ability to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
