  • Ensure consistency and fairness in the assessment of admission criteria
  • Provide support and training in the use of the web tool and the optimal use of the inter-establishment service request (DSIE) for CSSS and CHR-URFI staff
  • Must have a college diploma in medical archiving techniques or a medical archivist diploma from a school recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport or a diploma recognized by the Association québécoise medical archivists or by the College of Medical Archivists of Canada (Association of Medical Archivists of Canada).
  • Have a good knowledge of the rehabilitation environment in the Montreal region.
  • Knowing the DSIE, DSQ, Clinibase and Med-Écho is considered an asset
  • Have knowledge of the Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel environment
  • Be recognized as a person with an excellent sense of customer service
  • Ability to take charge of several files simultaneously and bring them to completion
  • Have a sense of priorities and organization
  • Possess the ability to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
