According to him, the existence of digital transformation has changed the work pattern which previously had to go to the office every day, can be done at home so that the working time is more flexible. On the one hand, digital transformation in the labor sector will accelerate the industrial revolution 4.0.

“Digital transformation is becoming a new norm that makes work very flexible both in terms of time and place. The world is driven by artificial intelligence, internet of things, Big Data and other digital technologies that transform the way of working, the way of consumption and the skills that industry needs,” he said.
