The Honor brand, owned by the Chinese company Huawei, today introduced the updated premium segment laptop Honor MagicBook Pro 2020. Its main feature was the discrete graphics card Nvidia GeForce MX350.
Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 retained the appearance of its predecessor. The case is made of silver metal. Thanks to the frameless display, the laptop turned out to be much more compact than its competitors. On the inside there is an island keyboard without a dedicated numeric keypad. On the sides of it there are powerful speakers; in other Honor laptops, the speakers are located at the bottom of the case, which is inconvenient when the device is on a soft surface. Also on the case there is a fingerprint scanner that supports Windows Hello, it is integrated into the power button. There is no front camera above the display; it was placed in the outgoing module on the keyboard.

The Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 runs on tenth-generation Intel processors – the Intel Core i5-10210U clocked at 1.6 GHz and the Intel Core i7-10510U clocked at 1.8 GHz. The discrete graphics card Nvidia GeForce MX350 with 2 GB of GDDR5 video memory is responsible for the graphics. A feature of this video card is that it provides performance equal to the GTX1050 desktop solution. The 16.1-inch display received an IPS matrix and FullHD resolution. The laptop has 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB permanently. The battery capacity was 56 W / hour, the manufacturer claims that the laptop is able to work up to 11.5 hours on a single charge. As the operating system installed Windows 10.
Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 will go on sale in China on May 19 at a price of $ 845.
