Today, the Czech representation of the Honda brand announced the prices of the eleventh generation of the Civic model, which is available exclusively as a hybrid.

This year, the Honda Civic is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and since 1972, the carmaker has sold over 27.5 million units in 170 markets around the world. Now the carmaker is launching the eleventh generation of a successful model on the Czech market, which brings the evolution of design, driving dynamics and technology.
We have already imagined the new car itself in the past, but now we can finally look at its Czech prices officially, which in the Elegance equipment start from 769,900 crowns.
As standard, the car offers 17 ”alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, fabric upholstery, a seven-inch multi-information display, 8 speakers and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

The standard for all versions is also the Honda Sensing system, a comprehensive system of safety technologies and aids for drivers, including a lane keeping system and new functions of the assistant when driving in a traffic jam.
Higher equipment degree Sport, starting from 799,900 CZKadds upholstery combining fabric and faux leather, sports pedals, front LED fog lights, glossy black mirror covers, black window frames and also 18 ”black alloy wheels.
The top of the offer is the equipment level Advance, whose price starts at CZK 879,900. Top features include an improved 10.2 ”multi-information display, panoramic glass roof or a premium Bose audio system with 12 speakers. In addition, leather cabins and a heated steering wheel will please the cabin, while the underbody has 18 ”alloy wheels in two shades of black with a diamond cut.

The price list is therefore pleasantly simple and clear, as we are used to from Japanese carmakers. The only additional items are varnishes, while metallic / pearl varnish comes to CZK 15,900, special varnish to CZK 19,900. Customers can order cars now from authorized dealers of the brand.
Recall that the new Honda Civic is only available with a single hybrid engine, called the e: HEV. The basis of this device is a 2.0-liter atmospheric four-cylinder petrol engine with a maximum output of 105 kW and a maximum torque of 186 Nm, which complements the electric motor with a maximum output of 135 kW with a maximum torque of 315 Nm. Power travels to the front wheels via an e-CVT transmission.
In all equipment levels, the carmaker promises a maximum output of 135 kW (184 hp) and a maximum speed of 180 km / h, but allegedly the consumption and acceleration differ from equipment to equipment. The most agile and economical is the Elegance version, which promises a combined consumption of 4.7 l / 100 km and acceleration to one hundred in 7.8 seconds. In the Sport equipment, we get to a consumption of 5.0 l / 100 km and acceleration to one hundred in 7.9 seconds. In the Advanced equipment, consumption remains at five liters, but the car needs 8.1 seconds to accelerate to a hundred.
