Honda has published a teaser for a new electric concept car, which will premiere at the end of September at the Beijing Auto Show. It will be a harbinger of the first “green” car of the Japanese brand, designed specifically for the PRC – the world’s largest car market.
The name of the concept car has not yet been announced. A single image reveals trapezoidal headlamps combined with an LED strip and an illuminated Honda logo.
At the moment, the Japanese are selling a new electric car called honda e, which was presented in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The car is made in the retro style of the classic models of the Japanese automaker of the 60s and 70s of the last century. In addition, external cameras are standard on the Honda e, replacing traditional side mirrors.
The car received an electric motor on the rear axle, available in two versions: 136 hp. from. (100 kilowatts) and 152 liters. from. (113 kilowatts). A set of 35.5 kWh batteries allows you to travel 220 kilometers without recharging.
