And if you are crazy about dark chocolate cookies, a good option is this recipe for which you need:

  • 125 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g of brown sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g whole wheat flour
  • 100 g rolled or very finely ground oats
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 50g dark chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and line two baking sheets. In a large bowl add the unsalted butter and sugar and whisk together. Then add the egg and the vanilla extract, and beat again. Make about ten balls of dough of the same size and put them on the baking sheets pressing a little to give them a cookie shape. Leave them in the oven for fifteen minutes until golden brown and let it cool.
