According to the detainee, he decided to steal the flag, as he seemed very beautiful to him. The man was going to take it to the homeless cafeteria and hang it on the wall.
Employees of the “Municipal Varta”, who detained the thief, promised to present a flag to the dining room. They had an educational conversation with the unlucky criminal, forced him to hang up the flag and let him go.
