The document says that the House of Representatives of the 87th convocation of the state of Texas recognizes November 2021 as a month of remembrance for the victims of the genocide in Ukraine. Also, Texas residents are urged to honor the memory of those killed in the Holodomor.
Note that Texas became the 23rd state that recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as genocide of the Ukrainian people.
