Yuki Tsunoda (Scuderia AlphaTauri) lost his position during the safety car at the end of the 2022 F1 Brazilian GP without being instructed to discard.
Land Norris (McLaren) stopped on track on lap 50, and the safety car was introduced after the virtual safety car.
Yuki Tsunoda, running in 15th place, was the only car no. 22 to receive an unblocking instruction from the race direction. He crashed to the rear and finished the race in 17th place, one lap behind.
