“Hints of a Half-Life 2 Remastered Collection Release”

Thanks to the SteamDB portal, which keeps track of all updates that affect Valve’s huge store database, “suspicious movements” have appeared. Half-Life 2 Remastered Collection has received several “non-public” updates in recent days.

It’s not really a project shrouded in mystery: two years ago it was announced that a modder was working on the Half-Life 2 Remastered Collection with Valve’s approval. And the current update in the database may indicate the beginning of the closed testing phase, which usually precedes the official launch on Steam.
