Herman den Blijker and Annemarie van Gaal shoot in the new program Crisis in the tent to the hospitality industry that are in severe weather due to the corona crisis. The series can be seen on SBS6 from August 26, the channel announced on Thursday.
In the program, the chef and businesswoman set to work to rescue catering businesses that are on the edge of the abyss. A restaurant is central to each episode. Den Blijker and Van Gaal hear the story of the owner and make a plan to save the establishment.
While Den Blijker focuses on how the kitchen can work more effectively and cheaper, Van Gaal delves into insurance, debt and fixed costs. Registration for participation in the program is open.
Den Blijker also recently made the program Herman lends a hand. In it, he drives a food truck past hospitals and food banks to help people who had little time to cook during the corona crisis.
Crisis in the tent can be seen every Wednesday at 9.30 pm on SBS6 from 26 August.
