The court refused to satisfy the claim of Lokomotiv against the former general director of the club Ilya Herkus, reports journalist Sergei Egorov.
Moscow club wanted to collect from Herkus 144 million 663 thousand 966 rubles. In the opinion of Loko, the manager abused his own powers when rewarding employees.
As a reminder, Herkus was the CEO Lokomotiv from 2016 to 2018.
