The latest 2023 national holiday schedule and joint leave can be checked here. This is in connection with the government’s recent changes to the holiday schedule and joint Eid 2023 leave by the government.

As is known, the government has made changes to Eid 2023 joint leave by advancing and adding the 2023 Eid joint leave date. Now the total number of Eid 2023 holidays is 7 days.

The change to the 2023 Eid holiday started with the proposal of the Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi and the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo. This was conveyed by Budi in a press conference after a meeting with President Jokowi at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Friday (24/3/2023).

“Earlier there was a decision Mr. President regarding joint leave. Now the leave is in accordance with the SKB 3 ministers from the 21st to the 26th. We together with the Chief of Police proposed that the holiday be advanced by two days. So starting from the 19th they will be off, 20 are off, but entry 26, so added 1 day, but ahead two days ahead,” Budi said at a press conference.
