In May of last year, the Juventus striker from Turin visited the ocher city to supervise the works. The Portuguese had also posted several pictures posing alongside his future employees.
As a reminder, Avenue M will begin with an extension of Avenue Moulay El Hassan, which leads to the west of the Marrakech medina towards the Hay Menara district and will end near that of the Four Seasons Resort.
The total project costs around 680 million dirhams, in an area of 5 hectares, which includes hotels, residences, offices, shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and a cultural center.
The residential component occupies 95,000 square meters. Downtown Hotel Corporation (DHC) has signed an agreement with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts for the development of 96 residences under the Four Seasons Private Residences Marrakech and M Avenue brand.
This 500-meter-long avenue will include 20,000 square meters of commercial space, 65 residential apartments under the M Residence brand, 88 Four Seasons apartments, the 174-room CR7 hotel, a 4,500-square-meter business center and a luxury clinic.
