He had on him 17 packs of cigarettes and 9 packs of roll-your-own tobacco.
Placed in custody, the 26-year-old individual admitted the facts explaining that he had obtained this contraband tobacco on the spot and that he was content to resell them with a small profit.
In an irregular situation, the respondent was ordered to leave the territory and was referred to the Montpellier prosecutor’s office.
