48-year-old brother Robert Larsson died of an overdose in 2009. He turned 35.
– When I lived in Scotland, I had a brother who was baptized. Performing week in and week out wasn’t easy when I knew what I knew , says Larsson in an interview reproduced by Sky Sports.
He emphasizes the importance of talking highly about one’s own mental health.
– After my brother died I had a long period where I did not feel well. I had so many questions, says Larsson.
His wife asked him to seek help to talk about his thoughts. He is so happy for today.
– I felt so much better after that. It is important and good that people talk about mental health in these times. There is nothing to be ashamed of, says the Swede.
